# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 19: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 37(4) (public and private hearings)—
(a) omit “or” after sub-paragraph (c); and
(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“; or
(e) a person under the age of eighteen years.”
