Rule 2 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008

In rule 1(3) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008^f1 (interpretation) in the definition of “asylum support case” for “or his or her dependants” substitute “, a failed asylum seeker or a person designated under section 130 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008^f2 (designation), or the dependants of any such person”.
