In rule 40 (decisions)—
(a) in paragraph (2) omit “Subject to rule 14(2) (withholding harmful information),”; and
(b) in paragraph (3) before “The Upper Tribunal must” insert “Subject to rule 14(2) (withholding harmful information),”.
