# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 23: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 44(2) (application for permission to appeal)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “or”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) on an appeal against a decision of a Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland or Northern Ireland; or”.
