  "text": "(1) Rule 8 (striking out a party’s case) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (7)—\n(a) after “to a respondent” insert “or an interested party”;\n(b) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) after “respondent” insert “or interested party”; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “from”.\n(3) In paragraph (8)—\n(a) after “a respondent” insert “or an interested party”; and\n(b) after “that respondent” insert “or interested party, and may summarily determine any or all issues against that respondent or interested party”.",
