Rule 11 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008

In rule 35 (entitlement to attend a hearing)—

(a)

before “Subject” insert “—(1)”; and

(b)

after paragraph (1) insert—

“(2)

In a national security certificate appeal the relevant Minister is entitled to attend any hearing.”
