  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2011.\n(2) These Rules shall come into force—\n(a) for the purposes of rules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, on 1st April 2011; and\n(b) for the purposes of rules 6 and 7, on 9th May 2011.",
