  "text": "(1) The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 1(3) (interpretation)—\n(a) omit the definition of “Social Entitlement Chamber”;\n(b) in the definition of “social security and child support case”, after “Social Entitlement Chamber” insert “of the First-tier Tribunal”.\n(3) In rule 24(1)—\n(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) in criminal injuries compensation cases, so that it is received within 42 days after the date on which the decision maker received the notice of appeal; and”.",
