# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2013, Article 51


In rule 10(6) (time limit for seeking orders for costs), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) notice under rule 17(5) that a withdrawal which ends the proceedings has taken effect.”.
