Article 12 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008

In rule 1(3) (definitions), in the definition of “respondent”, after paragraph (c), omit “or” and insert—

“(cc)

an affected party within the meaning of section 61(5) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014^f1, other than an appellant; or”.
