Article 4 Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010

The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010^f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 41 (method of making application)—

(a)

for paragraph (1)(e), substitute—

“(e)
whether the relevant register of local land charges is kept by the Chief Land Registrar or the local authority in whose area the dominant building is situated, and if kept by a local authority the name of that local authority;”,

(b)

in paragraph (2)(a), omit “to the local authority in whose area the dominant building is situated”.
