# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 4: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010

(1) The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010 are amended as follows.
(2) In rule 10(6) (orders for costs), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) under section 18 of the 1961 Act;”.
