# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2025, Rule 6: Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Tax Chamber) Rules 2009


(1) The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Tax Chamber) Rules 2009 are amended as follows.
(2) In rule 38(1) (setting aside a decision which disposes of proceedings) after “may” insert “, on the application of a party or on its own initiative,”.
