  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) (Amendment) Rules 2026.\n(2) These Rules come into force on 1st May 2026.\n(3) Any amendment made by these Rules has the same extent as the provision amended.",
