  "text": "Tribunals And Inquiries, England And Wales\nMade 20th May 2013\nLaid before Parliament 22nd May 2013\nComing into force 1st July 2013\nAfter consulting in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 , the Tribunal Procedure Committee has made the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(3), 22 and 29(3) and (4) of, and Schedule 5 to that Act, section 35(5) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 , section 75(2) of the Agriculture Act 1947 and section 110 of the Land Registration Act 2002 .\nThe Lord Chancellor has allowed the Rules in accordance with paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.",
