Article 11 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008

In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (procedure after the notice of appeal in appeals against decision of traffic commissioners) for “(substitution and addition of parties)” substitute “(addition, substitution and removal of parties)”.
