# The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 7: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 17 (withdrawal) after paragraph (5) insert—
“(6) Paragraph (3) does not apply to a financial services case other than a reference against a penalty.”.
