  "text": "In rule 47 (review of a decision in proceedings under the Forfeiture Act 1982)—\n(a) in the heading of that rule, for “Review of” substitute “Setting aside”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(a), for “reviewed” substitute “set aside and re-made under this rule”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “reviewed” substitute “set aside and re-made under this rule”;\n(d) in paragraph (2), for “review the decision” substitute “set aside the decision, either in whole or in part, and re-make it”;\n(e) omit sub-paragraph (2)(a);\n(f) for paragraphs (3) to (5), substitute—\n“(3) Rule 26(2) to (4), Parts 5 and 6 and this Part apply to a reference under this rule as they apply to a reference under rule 26(1).”",
