  "heading": "Orders where compensation is payable",
  "text": "Where the Tribunal orders the discharge or modification of a restriction subject to the payment of compensation—\n(a) the discharge or modification shall not take effect until the Tribunal has endorsed on the order that the compensation has been paid; and\n(b) the Tribunal may direct that the order shall cease to have effect if the compensation is not paid within a specified time.",
