# The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010, Article 45: Proceedings transferred to the Tribunal


When proceedings, including judicial review proceedings, are transferred to the Tribunal, the Tribunal—
(a) must notify each party in writing that the proceeding have been transferred to the Tribunal; and
(b) must give directions as to the future conduct of the proceedings.
