# The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010, Article 47: Notice of hearings


(1) The Tribunal must give each party reasonable notice of the time and place of any hearing and any change to the time and place of the hearing.
(2) The period of notice under paragraph (1) must be at least 14 days except that the Tribunal may give shorter notice—
(a) with the parties' consent; or
(b) in urgent or exceptional cases.
