# The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010, Article 58: Power to treat an application as a different type of application


The Tribunal may treat an application for a decision to be corrected, set aside or reviewed, or for permission to appeal against the decision, as an application for any other one of those things.
