  "text": "In proceedings which were started before 29th November 2010, the Tribunal may give any direction to ensure that the proceedings are dealt with fairly and, in particular, may—\n(a) apply any provision of the Lands Tribunal Rules 1996 which applied to the proceedings before 29th November 2010; and\n(b) disapply provisions of these Rules.",
