# The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Paragraph 2


Following the transfer of the appeal from the First-tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal must provide a copy of the notice of appeal to the respondent, the relevant Minister and the Information Commission.
