Article 2 Tribunal Security Officers
The Lord Chancellor is authorised to designate persons as tribunal security officers in relation to tribunal buildings in England and Wales in which the business of the tribunals listed in section 39(1) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007f1 is carried on.
