  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971.\n(2) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the day on which it is passed.\n(3) It is hereby declared that this Act extends to Northern Ireland.",
