  "text": "If—\n(a) no date has been appointed before the commencement of this Act as the date on which paragraph 37 of Schedule 15 to the Criminal Justice Act 1988 is to come into force, or\n(b) a date has been appointed which is later than the commencement of this Act,\nparagraph 12 of Schedule 1 and the word “12” in section 7(2) shall be omitted until the appointed day.",
