  "text": "If—\n(a) no date has been appointed before the commencement of this Act as the date on which paragraph 2 of Schedule 18 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 is to come into force, or\n(b) a date has been appointed which is later than the commencement of this Act,\nparagraph 10 of Schedule 1 shall be omitted until the appointed day.",
