# Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, Paragraph 9


In section 44(4) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974—
(a) for “1971” there is substituted “ 1992 ”, and
(b) for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “ section 10(1) ”.
