Article 2

(1)

Part I of the Schedule to the Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) Order 1975^f1 shall be amended as follows.

After paragraph 72E there shall be inserted—

“72F

Any inquiry or hearing held under section 11 of the Transport and Works Act 1992.”^f2
