# The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provision) Order 2014, Article 2: Commencement


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Order comes into force on 6th April 2014.
(2) The revocations of the Distress for Rent (Amendment) Rules 2009 and the Distress for Rent (Amendment) Rules 2011 in Part 2 of the Schedule come into force immediately before the repeal of section 8 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1888.
