Paragraph 4 Amendment of Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations
The Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992f1 are amended as follows—
(a)
for regulation 30 (Enforcement of liability orders by distress) substitute—
“Enforcement of liability orders by taking control of goods
30.The procedure under Schedule 12 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 pursuant to section 35(1) of the Act may be used anywhere in England and Wales.”; and
(b)
omit regulations 31 (Appeals in connection with distress) and 32 (Charges connected with distress) and Schedule 2 (Charges connected with distress).
