  "text": "(1) Section 16 (assessments to be levied for the improving of wastes where there are stinted commons) is amended as follows.\n(2) For “levied by distress and sale of the goods and chattels of” substitute “ recovered, by using the procedure in Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (taking control of goods), from ”.\n(3) Omit the words from “rendering” to the end.",
