  "heading": "Restoration of land used temporarily for construction",
  "text": "(1) Any land landward of MHWS which is used temporarily for construction of the onshore works and not ultimately incorporated in permanent works or approved landscaping must be reinstated within 6 months of completion of the relevant stage of the onshore works in accordance with details approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) Any hedgerow reinstatement must be carried out on accordance with Requirement 13(3).",
