# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 22: Onshore decommissioning

Extent: E+W+S

Within 6 months of the cessation of commercial operation of the onshore works, and after consultation with owners in relation to their landholding, an onshore decommissioning plan must be submitted to the relevant planning authority for approval.
