# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 2: Applications made under Requirements

Extent: E+W+S

Where an application has been made to the relevant planning authority for any consent, agreement or approval required under a Requirement, the relevant planning authority must give notice to the undertaker of its decision on the application including the reasons within a period of 8 weeks beginning with—
(a) the day immediately following that on which the application is received by the authority; or
(b) such longer period as may be agreed by the undertaker and the relevant planning authority.
