# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 15: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Except for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 6(2) and (4), 7(1) and 8, any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and a statutory undertaker under this Part must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the statutory undertaker, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 36.
