# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker must repay to Canal & River Trust in accordance with the code of practice all costs, charges and expenses reasonably incurred by Canal & River Trust in respect of the approval by the engineer of plans submitted by the undertaker and the supervision by the engineer of the construction of a specified work.
