# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and WPD under this Part must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and WPD, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 36 (arbitration).
