# The Triton Knoll Electrical System Order 2016, Paragraph 4: Application of section 72 of Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009

Section 72 of the 2009 Act applies to this licence, except that subsection (7) relating to the transfer of the licence applies only to a transfer not falling within article 5 of the Order.
