Article 3 Amendments to article 2 (Interpretation)

Article 2 is amended as follows.

Omit the definitions for the following—

(a)

“combined substation”;

(b)

“HVDC substation”;

(c)

“large HVDC substation”;

(d)

“meteorological station”; and

(e)

“offshore substation”.

(3)

In the definition of “collector substation”, omit the words “(either singly or as part of a combined substation)”.

(4)

In the definition of “maintain”, for “wind turbine generator, collector substation, meteorological station or HVDC substation” substitute “wind turbine generator or collector substation”.

(5)

In the definition of “scheduled works”, omit the words “and 2”.
