  "text": "Enactment conferring powers.\nModification.\nThe Town Improvement Clauses Act, 1847 (10 & 11 Vict. c. 34)—\nSections 69 and 70 as incorporated with the Public Health Act, 1875 (38 & 39 Vict. c. 55).\nThe Barbed Wire Act, 1893 (56 & 57 Vict. c. 32)—\nSection 3.\nThe Public Health Act, 1925 (15 & 16 Geo. 5. c. 71)—\nSection 21.\nSection 22.\nSection 23\nSubsection (2) shall not apply, and in subsection (3) for the words \" to a petty \" sessional court within fourteen days \" after the service of such notice \" there shall be substituted the words \" in \" manner provided by the Summary \" Jurisdiction Acts to a court of quarter \" sessions \".",
