  "text": "(1) Sections 1, 2, 5, 6, 12, 13 and 15 shall cease to have effect, except in so far as they are applied by or under any other enactment.\n(2) Section 3 and Schedules 2 and 3 shall cease to have effect, except in so far as they relate to a trustee having a power of investment conferred on him under an enactment—\n(a) which was passed before the passing of the 1961 Act, and\n(b) which is not amended by this Schedule.\n(3) Omit—\n(a) sections 8 and 9,\n(b) paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 4, and\n(c) section 16(1), in so far as it relates to paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 4.",
