# Trustee Act 2000, Paragraph 27


In section 33, in subsection (3) (investment during minority of beneficiary or the subsistence of a life interest) for the words from “in any investments for the time being authorised by statute” to the end of the subsection substitute “ under the Trustee Act 2000. ”
