# Trustee Act 2000, Paragraph 3


In section 2 (payment of purchase money, etc.) for “shall be invested upon such securities or investments as would for the time being be authorised by statute or the Court of Chancery” substitute “ shall be invested under the general power of investment in section 3 of the Trustee Act 2000 ”.
