  "text": "In section 13 (miscellaneous financial powers of organisations promoting home-grown produce) for subsection (3) substitute—\n“(3) A relevant organisation may invest any of its surplus money which is not for the time being required for any other purpose in any investments in which trustees may invest under the general power of investment in section 3 of the Trustee Act 2000 (as restricted by sections 4 and 5 of that Act)”.",
