# Trustee Act 2000, Paragraph 33


(1) In section 1 (powers of investment of trustees of House of Commons Members’ Fund)—
(a) in subsection (2) omit “Subject to the following provisions of this section”;
(b) omit subsections (3) to (5).
(2) In section 2 (interpretation etc.) omit subsection (1).
