  "text": "The following enactments and instruments, that is to say—\n(a) subsection (3) of section seventy-four of the Third Schedule to the Water Act, 1945, and any order made under that Act applying the provisions of that subsection;\n(b) any local and personal Act which, or any order or other instrument in the nature of any such Act which, modifies paragraph (l) of subsection (1) of section one of the Trustee Act, 1925,\nshall have effect as if any reference to the said paragraph (l) there were substituted a reference to paragraph 10 of Part II of the First Schedule to this Act.",
