# Trustee Investments Act 1961, Paragraph 6


For the reference in subsection (2) of section one of the House Purchase and Housing Act, 1959, to paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of that section there shall be substituted a reference to paragraph 12 of Part II and paragraph 2 of Part III of the First Schedule to this Act.
