The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961 shall be extended by adding to paragraph 7 of Part II of Schedule 1 thereto the following manner of investment:—

“In Bank of Ireland 7 per cent. Loan Stock 1986/91”.
